In grateful response to God’s love, we are called to obey the Great Commandment to love God with our whole heart, and love our neighbor as ourselves, and to carry out the Great Commission to make disciples and send them out to bring the good news to the world.”

Who We Are
We are a Lutheran church and a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. We strive to offer programs and ministry that are both culturally relevant and helpful to the needs of people in our community, and faithful to the tradition of our Christian faith. We recognize the Bible as the inspired word of God, (1 Timothy: chapter 3, verse 16) and the highest authority in all matters of faith and life. We gather regularly to hear God’s message read and preached, to baptize, and to receive communion. We practice “open communion,” which is to say that all baptized Christians who understand that Christ is truly present in the bread and wine are welcome at the table. We strive to be a youth-friendly congregation. Children receive first Bible training at age 9, and first communion training at age 10. We offer Sunday School beginning at age 3, and confirmation for 6th through 8th grade. We have a children’s ministry for ages 5 through 12, and a Youth Ministry for Jr. and Sr. High School age.
Our Motto
“Loving God – Serving Others”
